The rooms at Maison D'Hotes Le Cadran Solaire were cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable seating area and a flat-screen TV where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The view of the garden from the room was absolutely delightful, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the wooden flooring in the room, it added a touch of warmth and character that made me feel right at home. Having a private bathroom with a shower was a great convenience, and the rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries added a luxurious touch to my stay. The private entrance to the double room gave me a sense of privacy and independence, making me feel like I had my own little retreat during my stay.
Personally, I found the presence of an oven in the double room a bit unnecessary, as I didn't have any plans to cook during my stay.

We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to a major town but also quiet. the owner was very welcoming and explained everything well, despite a bit of a language barrier. We appreciated the gated parking area provided for our car which contained our valuables. the homemade breakfast we had was delicious with well-presented food.

The swimming pool was great to cool off in on a hot day and the garden provided a peaceful retreat. , the location was convenient for exploring nearby towns and attractions.
Our Easter stay was ruined by the lack of cleanliness in our room and the communal areas. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with grime build-up in the shower and mold on the tiles.

clean rooms - quiet location - great local insights from the hostess, and a delicious homemade breakfast. The new owner - Olivier - was very welcoming and offered a cool beer upon arrival. The room was beautifully decorated with beams and a comfy four-poster bed. Continental breakfast included warm croissants - fresh bread, and homemade jams.
Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at Maison D'Hotes Le Cadran Solaire and wish it had been for longer. The perfect location while traveling south through France. The host was superb and made sure we were happy with everything. The breakfast was superb, everything homemade and the coffee was excellent. The room was large, very clean, and the bed comfortable. Fanny's homemade breakfast was really good and just what we needed to set us up for the day. Great hospitality and perfect local information provided by the owner.
